Background:  

The Training Manager will assist Government Managers by providing support services in the area of interaction with New Equipment Training Team (NETT) representatives to define requirements, site surveys to determine classroom and hardware requirements, integration of PM DCGS-A system specific training to complement existing Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) programs of instruction, modeling and simulation software to facilitate training in a mission scenario environment. Provide Project Management with organizations to redesign training modules and update POI's as required after software enhancements are integrated.  Provide direction and technical leadership to high–priority projects. Evaluate new training developments and evolving operations requirements and recommend appropriate functional alternatives and enhancements to current systems. Leverage highly technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, and implementation of system training technologies.  

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Shall have a BS Degree
  • Military Training Experience
  • Program/Project Leadership Experiance 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Seven (7) years of training experience in military systems
  • Four (4) years military service may be considered as military training experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree

IA/Cyber Systems Engineer

Job Description: 

Our Cyber Systems Engineer will provide Information System Engineering support for defining and implementing Cyber requirements for an IT ARMY Program of Record.  The Engineer will review and maintain the suite of Cybersecurity artifacts necessary to support DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) aligned Authority to Operate (ATO).  The Engineer will assist with the review of all security scans and disseminate to the client, if requirements are met in accordance with DoD, and client RMF policies for accreditation activities. Support vulnerability scans and assessments, IAVM assessments, reports and evaluations of IAVM compliance and compliance requirements to identify, resolve, and report security vulnerabilities. 

The Engineer will lead the development of security and information assurance certification and accreditation packages in accordance with the DoD Cyber Security Certification and Accreditation Process to obtain an ATO.  Additionally, the Engineer will prepare, maintain, or update Cyber security requirements, program protection plans, including component tasks, such as technology assessments, cyber control plan and critical functionality analysis of Cyber related requirements. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience 
  • Experience with government systems, including DoD and or other Agencies 
  • Ability to assist with software system vulnerability scans and POAM’s of Army Program of Record equipment 
  • SECRET clearance

Enterprise Configuration Management Engineer (EMSE)

Job Description: 

Our EMSE will provide Information System Engineering support for defining and implementing Enterprise Configuration Management (ECM) solutions for our Government Client. Assist with the review of all aspects of the ECM instantiation and disseminate to the client, if gaps exist recommendations to better utilize the technology implementation. The EMSE shall perform implementation, configuration and utilization of Enterprise Management Applications to include but are not limited to Service Now, BMC Remedy, MyIT, Discovery ADDM, TrueSight Operations, TrueSight Capacity Optimization, and SolarWinds Network/System management. Candidates for the position require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and must be knowledgeable about implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) and other IT practices to optimize, transform, and ensure the customer's compliant, efficient, and effective use of their enterprise services management software platform suite. The ECM engineer will architect and deliver end-to-end automated solutions that include the technical implementation of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing design, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Ten to fifteen (10-15) years of related systems engineering experience
  • Process Definition, Implementation and Execution of Service Desk, Change Management and Process Optimization experience
  • Eight to ten (8-10) years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrate ability to interact with customers and external teams to gather critical project information.
  • Knowledge and experience with scripting and programming (PowerShell, Python, PERL, JavaScript, etc.) are highly preferred

Job Description:

Our Training Team Member functions as our Military Intelligence Systems Training Subject Matter Expert, while continuing to develop and present various types of training, such as NET, Delta, or refresher OTS.

A Training Team Member must possess verifiable Army Intelligence and/or training experience and shall be comfortable in the execution of intelligence training/operations relating to their training track, including but not limited to: All Source, GeoINT, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or Weather. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in the development, planning, execution, and management of complex DCGS-A/IEW/MI Systems
  • Experience and ability to provide training to MI/IEW Systems Maintainers that will improve their ability to install, configure, operate and maintain DCGS-A FoS

Training team Lead

Job Description:

Our Training Team Lead will serve as a Technical Trainer, Principal for the DCGS-A Maintainer Training Team component of the DCGS-A Family of Systems Training and Training Support Team; responsible for training development, training delivery and training support activities for DCGS-A Family of Systems (FoS), the U.S. Army's multi-discipline, multi-security classification level flagship Intelligence capability.

The successful candidate will serve a Technical Training Lead for the DCGS-A Maintainer New Equipment Training (NET) Team and Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DCGS-A FoS systems capabilities; manages the planning, development, and implementation of training programs from initiation of the Material Developers training development process based on the Analyze, Design Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) model, through the delivery of NET and sustainment training, to meet PM, DCGS-A requirements.

The Training Team Lead shall also formulate and execute New Equipment Training (NET) for Program Manager DCGS-A in concert with fielding activities worldwide and provides refresher and over-the-shoulder (OTS) training as directed by the Army customer; provides technical and applied training expertise in all phases of training development; applies education and training principles in the formulation and execution of MI/IEW systems Maintenance training; performs analysis and quality control of final products including Programs of Instruction (POI), System Training Plans (STP), Practical Exercises (PE), Lesson Plans, Technical Manuals (TM), and handouts. Serves as Mission Lead for fielding and training events and perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fifteen (15) years or more of verifiable Army Military Intelligence systems experience/training as an officer, noncommissioned officer, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the development, planning, execution and management of complex DCGS-A/IEW/MI Systems Maintenance/training events occurring simultaneously at diverse locations worldwide
  • Shall be Information Assurance Technologist Level II certified
  • Intelligence/mission command systems experience and the ability to provide training to MI/IEW Systems Maintainers that will improve their ability to install, configure, operate and maintain DCGS-A FoS
  • Shall be capable of determining training requirements for specific job functions and develop training programs and training materials necessary for effecting the actual training; conducting research necessary to develop and revise training courses, curriculum and training programs
